Process

  • Face to face meeting with each client to take a detailed job brief on the individual requirements of the role
  • Market mapping based on these requirements
  • Source for the best candidates using the following tools – industry specific job boards, a vast database, LinkedIn, industry contacts, referrals, networking events and professional networking websites
  • Detailed phone screen to assess the long list of candidates to suitability
  • Face to face interview with all candidates
  • Present shortlist of 3-4 of the best candidates
  • De-brief with the client to answer any questions on the shortlist
  • 2 reference checks with the preferred candidate post interview
  • Arrange medicals, police checks, psychometric testing (as required by the client)
  • Guide chosen candidate through the offer and acceptance process (including resignation)
  • After the new employee has started, regular catch ups with the candidate and client to ensure both parties are happy and working well together
